SuraMira Offices 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuraMira Offices' services, including but not limited to office space rentals, amenities, and any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Limitation of Liability

SuraMira Offices and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our facilities or services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any third-party interactions or services provided within our premises.

3. Assumption of Risk

Members and guests understand and assume any and all risks associated with using SuraMira Offices' facilities, including but not limited to risks related to health, safety, and security. SuraMira Offices shall not be responsible for any personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur within our premises.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuraMira Offices, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Service Modifications

SuraMira Offices reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, or discontinuation of services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

SuraMira Offices reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying users via email or other means of communication.

All Sales Are Final Policy

 


  1. Overview: At SuraMira Offices, we strive to provide exceptional services and flexible options to our members. To maintain operational efficiency and fairness, we have an "All Sales Are Final" policy for all purchases made through our platform or at our facilities.
  2. Refund Policy: Once a purchase is made for any of our services, including memberships, meeting room bookings, or additional amenities, it is considered final. We do not entertain refund requests unless exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors in billing, occur. In such cases, the request for a refund must be submitted within seven (7) business days from the transaction date, and proper documentation or evidence must be provided.
  3. Membership Cancellation: While sales are final, membership cancellations are allowed with 30 day notice, as detailed in our the next section

 

30-Day Notice for Membership Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership with SuraMira Offices. Please note our policy regarding membership cancellation requires a 30-day notice period.


To initiate the cancellation process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us of your intent to cancel your membership at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date. You can do so by contacting our Member Services team via email at info@suramira.com or by visiting our front desk during business hours.
  2. Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the receipt and provide you with further instructions, including any pending dues or outstanding balances.
  3. Membership Termination: Your membership will officially terminate 30 days from the date of notification. During this period, you will retain full access to all amenities and services as per your membership plan.
  4. Post-Cancellation: After the 30-day notice period, access to SuraMira Offices and its facilities will be revoked. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from your allocated space before the termination date.
